The durian season is back! I shall get myself busy preparing one of the most popular and heavenly desserts...durian crepes!!
There are many versions of durian crepes out there, ok. But my version of durian crepes is using 7 types of flour which mixture can produce a fine, soft and thin layers of crepes or skin. The fillings are made of special custard cream and fresh durian.
It is best served chilled. A small bite will surely give u a sensational taste!
