Pecan Heaven Cake
Today I want to introduce to you another premium cake that I learnt from a famous baking teacher, Pn Zalina Yahya from Bzee Bakery in Seremban 2. This cake is called Pecan Heaven. Anyway she claimed that the original recipe was from Chef Khairi (another famous chef in Malaysia).
Pecan Heaven is 3-layer traditional sponge cake filled with butterscotch cream, crispy caramalised pecan and waffle flakes, and ganached with white chocolate cream. Finally it is topped with creamy, melted butterscotch caramel. This combination is just perfect and the taste is really awesome.
