Shepherd's Pie

This is a savory pie dish which will definitely make a comforting meal for the whole family especially the children. My specialty is making chicken shepherd's pie coz my children love them. I think I shall try it with beef or perhaps seafood in future. Well, let see if I have the time to experiment those, huh!

Shepherd's pie is simply a casserole layered with mix chicken (or any other favorite meat), carrots, celery, capsicum and mushrooms (or your favorite vege). It is then topped with mashed potatoes and mozarella and/or cheddar cheese... and it is best served hot. 

 

Also available in frozen pack and all you need to do is just bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes to heat up and to melt the cheese. Hmmm voila'!!!
