Carrot Walnut with Cream Cheese
Highly demanded during festive seasons... a dessert that can last up to two weeks in the chiller (provided that it's well covered).
With the classic taste from the combination of carrot, pineapple and cinnamon together with the creamy cheese topping... this would just make an incredible dessert.
